Qatar Neutralises Five Iranian Ballistic Missiles

DOHA, Mar 10: The Qatari Ministry of Defense announced that the State of Qatar came under a ballistic missile attack on Tuesday afternoon, with five missiles launched from the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In a statement, the ministry said Qatari armed forces successfully intercepted and neutralised all five missiles, preventing any casualties or damage.

Authorities confirmed that the country’s air defence systems responded immediately to the threat and eliminated the incoming missiles before they could reach their targets.

The incident comes amid escalating regional tensions, with several Gulf countries reporting missile and drone attacks linked to Iran in recent days as the conflict spreads across the region.
