DOHA, Mar 16: Qatar’s Ministry of Defense announced that the country intercepted 13 out of 14 ballistic missiles launched from Iran on Monday, with the remaining missile landing in an uninhabited area without causing casualties. The ministry also confirmed that “several drones” were launched toward Qatar during the same incident. Authorities said the missile barrage was successfully countered by the country’s air defense systems and urged the public to remain calm and follow official safety instructions.
