DOHA, Mar 22: Qatar Airways has issued an advisory informing passengers that refund requests may take longer than usual due to current operational circumstances. The airline assured that its teams remain fully committed to processing and resolving all requests as quickly as possible.
Eligibility: Customers with confirmed bookings and travel dates between 28 February and 30 April 2026 are eligible to request a refund or change their travel dates.
Refund Timelines:
- Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 28 working days.
- Customers are advised to check their email after submitting a request to track the refund status.
Important Information:
- Refunds will cover the unused portion of the ticket.
- Add-ons, such as preferred seats, will be refunded separately.
