KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: Qadsia extended its lead in the U20 Ooredoo League with a 2-0 victory over Al-Sahel at the Friendship and Peace Stadium in the fifth round of the competition.
The goals for Qadsia, nicknamed “The Yellow”, came from Fadel Al-Sarraf in the 45th minute and Turki Al-Yousef in the 72nd minute.
With this win, Qadsia moved to 15 points, keeping a perfect record and a clean sheet in all five matches, while scoring a total of 14 goals.
Elsewhere, Al-Yarmouk defeated Al-Fahaheel 3-0, taking second place with 13 points, narrowly ahead of Kazma, who beat Al-Jahra 2-1.
Al-Arabi dominated Al-Salmiya 5-0 at Mohammed Al-Hamad Stadium, reaching 7 points, while Al-Salmiya remained at 4 points. Khaitan overcame Al-Nasr 3-1, moving to 6 points, and Al-Anabi stayed at 2 points. Kuwait Club recorded a 4-1 win over Sporty, while Sulaibikhat narrowly defeated Al-Shabab 1-0.
