KUWAIT CITY, Nov 19: Qadsia Club reaffirmed its supremacy in water sports as the U-18 water polo team clinched the league title for the fifth straight year, while the U-15 squad secured its fourth consecutive championship — a testament to the club’s solid youth system.
The U-18 final showcased Qadsia’s clear superiority over Kuwait Club, which ultimately withdrew from the match with the Yellow leading 7–4 in the fourth quarter.
Qadsia’s dominance continued in diving, where the 12–13 age group team captured the General Championship with authority after a rich medal haul.
Omar Al-Shatti earned one gold and two silver medals, while teammate Abdulwahab Al-Wuhaib added two bronze medals, placing Qadsia firmly at the top of the overall standings.
Water Sports Director Faisal Abu Al-Hassan expressed great pride in the outstanding levels displayed by the athletes across all three competitions, emphasizing that these results reflect continuous hard work and a strong competitive spirit. He noted that such achievements serve as powerful motivation for all Qadsia teams to keep pursuing championships and raise the club’s flag even higher.
