Public Works refers employees for retirement as part of the reform plan

KUWAIT CITY, July 15: Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Mohammed Al- Mashaan has referred a number of ministry employees for retirement. In a press statement, the ministry explained that the decision aligns with Minister Al-Mashaan’s vision to develop the work environment and meet the requirements of the next phase by empowering qualified national talent to advance the development process and improve performance levels. The ministry is implementing a comprehensive development plan to enhance institutional efficiency, accelerate progress, and improve service quality. The coming phase will include further measures to support national talent and enable them to take on a greater role in the ministry’s various sectors, strengthening sustainable development and helping achieve the ministry’s objectives.
