KUWAIT CITY, Apr 6: The Public Authority for Manpower has announced the launch of enhanced communication channels, including WhatsApp services, to provide faster and more accessible support to the public.
In a statement, the authority said the initiative aims to facilitate easier interaction with various departments, including customer service, recruitment and employment affairs, and labor offices such as the Ahmadi Governorate Labor Department.
The move comes as part of ongoing efforts to improve service delivery under current circumstances, enabling residents to submit inquiries and receive assistance quickly through digital platforms, alongside existing contact channels and the official website.
