KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28, (KUNA): Kuwait’s Civil Service Commission (CSC) said Monday that December 8th (Thursday) would be a public holiday marking the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), citing a relevant Cabinet Decree. Civil servants at all state bodies and agencies will resume work on December 11th (Sunday), it said in a press statement.
