Vaccinated travelers arriving to Kuwait exempted from institutional quarantine

KUWAIT CITY, March 22: The Center for Government communication (CGC) of Kuwait laid procedures for those who received COVID-19 vaccine approved in the State of Kuwait.
The following groups are exempted from institutional quarantine arriving to Kuwait
- Who got vaccinated with two doses and two weeks have passed since the second dose
2) A person who received a single dose of the vaccine more than five weeks back
3) Those who recovered from infection with the Coronavirus and received one dose of the vaccine more than two weeks back
All above categories will be subjected to home quarantine for a period of 7 days, on 7th day of arrival PCR examination will be performed if proved negative their quarantine period ends
Students
A certificate issued by the university for arriving students studying abroad is required from to avoid implementation of institutional quarantine.
