KUWAIT, Nov 3 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs announced on Thursday that's next Friday's prayer speech focuses on Islam's prohibition of slur and vilification.In a statement, the Ministry urged all preachers to discuss the subject of vilification and its negative effect on society.The statement added that the slurs spread hatred among the people and it should be avoided.The move comes in coincidence with the heated campaigns of the upcoming parliamentary elections, slated for November 26.
