KUWAIT CITY, Sept 2: The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition has administratively shut down a restaurant in the Capital Governorate because, during a routine inspection of the facility, the inspectors found the eatery was using eggs in preparation of the meals that had expired two months ago. Inspectors from the Capital Governorate PAFN inspection department have issued a citation and ordered immediate closure of the restaurant. The incident, involving serious and irreconcilable violations, has been referred to the Public Prosecution for legal action
