KUWAIT CITY, Dec 21: The security campaigns organized by the traffic sector during the past week resulted in the arrest of 61 juveniles for driving their vehicles without a license, reports Al-Anba daily. During the campaigns, the daily said, 63 violators were referred to the traffic police for committing serious violations – tinting the glass to a level that is not permissible by law, reckless driving, and installing parts in the exhaust to make annoying noises.

The daily added, 14 people were arrested who had been sentenced in absentia and were wanted by law to implement prison sentences. On the other hand, the traffic sector carried out a campaign against a camp in the Al-Subbiya area, where the reckless motorists who organize illegal races hide their vehicles and seized many cars. According to a security source, the traffic police used the drones to monitor the activities of reckless motorists until they reached the camp.
