KUWAIT CITY, Oct 29: The Ahmadi Security Directorate has referred two young men to the Directorate-General for Drugs Control following their arrest yesterday morning in Abu Halifa.
The Al-Seyassah daily said the men, who are in their 20s, were seen seated in the car near a residential complex.
A police patrol on routine duty in the area suspected their movements inside the vehicle and discovered they were doing drugs.
The young men were then searched, and police found in their possession shabu, hashish cigarettes, and a bag containing chemicals and drug paraphernalia.
