Police seek telecom firms help to arrest fraudster

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 30: The Qadsiya Police Station investigator has ordered the arrest of an unknown person and has sought the help of mobile telecommunications companies, for swindling a Kuwaiti woman, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to a security source, this came after the Kuwaiti woman filed a complaint with the police station accusing the suspect of cheating her. She added, the man posed as a carpenter and she got in contact with the man through WhatsApp. After she agreed with him to do some work for her, they agreed to a deal which was worth 1,300 dinars. As the man insisted for part payment she paid him through bank link half the amount
