KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: A video has circulated depicting an incident in which a student was struck by a jeep driver in front of a secondary school in the Al-Zahra area. As of now, there is no record of the incident at the police station, and no formal case has been filed. The authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
