Police officer held forging documents to obtain a bank loan

KUWAIT CITY, March 10: Officers from the Criminal Investigations Department have arrested a police officer based on allegations of claiming to be a senior official of rank “First Lieutenant” and forging official documents in order to obtain a bank loan, reports Al-Anba daily. Reportedly, the suspect, in order to deceive bank employees, visited the bank wearing the uniform of a police officer. The arrest was made after the Criminal Investigations Department received a tip and conducted investigations using the forged documents and the records from the CCTV cameras installed in the bank.
