KUWAIT CITY, May 13: Traffic officers arrested four expatriates of Arab and Asian nationalities for illegally transporting passengers. A security source revealed that the traffic officers observed the four expatriates picking up passengers in a recent routine patrol As a result, traffic violation citations were issued against them, their vehicles were impounded, and they were transferred to the traffic police station for legal action.
