KUWAIT CITY, Aug 6: Detectives have been assigned to arrest and bring in two individuals who assaulted a Kuwaiti citizen in front of his house. The case has been registered under the title “Physical Assault.”
According to the victim, he was near his house in his vehicle when he was forced to stop by another vehicle driven by two individuals, each of whom he only knew by their first names. They then pulled him out of his vehicle. One of the assailants beat him with a rope ( black cord rope worn on the head along with keffiyeh) while the other struck him with a hammer after throwing him to the ground. The complainant did not clarify whether he had any relationship with the assailants. The incident has been classified as a misdemeanor.
