KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: A clarification pertaining to a video clip that circulated on various social media regarding a dispute and a trampling incident in front of a school.
The administration asserts that the respective security authorities managed to apprehend the assailant and the remaining individuals engaged in the quarrel. They have been handed over to the competent authorities for the necessary legal proceedings against them.
