Plane carries 303 expatriates to Manila

KUWAIT, April 4 (KUNA) — Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced on Saturday staging the second flight from Kuwait International Airport to Manila, with 303 passengers on board.
These passengers are violators of the state residency law and have been given the chance to fly back home without penalties.
The directorate confirmed that the Kuwait Airways plane flew to Manila as part of the plan to facilitate departure of expatriates who breached the law.
The first such flight, with 300 passengers on board, was carried out on Friday.
