Pinoy Arabia ME launches ‘Sing Galing 7’ competition

Sing your heart out and be the next singing sensation in the grandest singing competition in Kuwait! Pinoy Arabia ME, the most listened to Filipino online radio in Kuwait launched on October 15, 2021 the “Sing Galing 7” — one of the biggest singing competitions in Kuwait to mark the 7th anniversary of Pinoy Arabia ME. “One of Pinoy Arabia’s thrusts is to discover and hone homegrown talents and we are happy to announce that Sing Galing is back with bigger prizes. To all our talented Filipino singers out there, we encourage them to join the competition and show their worldclass talent,” stated DJ Red, who will be hosting “Sing Galing 7” together with DJ Kris. The singing competition is open to all talented Filipino citizens or of Filipino descent (mixed race); 18 years old and above; a resident of Kuwait with valid residence visa, of good moral standing; did not win any grand prize or runner-up spot in any of Pinoy Arabia “Sing Galing” contests or did not win any grand prize or first place in any singing contest in Kuwait.

Those who want to join the “Sing Galing 7” may send their one-minute a cappella (no accompaniment) audition video in landscape format with their full name, age, occupation and contact number via WeTransfer to: pinoyarabiafm@ gmail.com. Those who will pass the audition will be contacted by the Pinoy Arabia ME team and will compete in the weekly elimination round in November at the radio station. “As of now, we have already received more than 50 video auditions and the board of jurors will go over them as to who would make it to the weekly elimination round,” enthused DJ Kris.

The grand finals will be held in December at a venue to be announced later. Prizes at stake are KD500 cash and a round trip ticket to Manila for the grand prize winner while runners up will also get valuable prizes.
