The form collects essential information to assess needs, coordinate support services, and facilitate official actions, including documentation, communication, and potential voluntary repatriation. Officials emphasized that all data will be treated confidentially and used solely for assistance purposes.
OFWs can reach the Embassy hotline at +965 6500 2612 or contact MWO/OWWA hotlines at +965 9403 9063, +965 6040 3858, and +965 6558 5355, as well as through Facebook pages (PHinKuwait, MWO.Kuwait, OWWAkuwait) and X (Twitter) @PHinKUWAIT.
The Embassy also highlighted that applicants must confirm their understanding of the current airspace closure, consent to voluntary repatriation if flights resume, ensure they possess exit clearance and necessary documents, and authorize the processing of their personal information for official use.
