KUWAIT CITY, July 5: The Ministry of Interior arrested a suspect for printing illegal number plates for vehicles. The General Traffic Department stated that based on an advertisement about a shop in Shuwaikh Industrial IArea printing number plates was raided and the accused was arrested and legal measures were taken against him he was referred to the competent authorities along with seized number plates
