Unauthorized Car Test Drive Results in Arrest by Security Authorities

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 26: The Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior reported, Wednesday evening, that a person has been arrested by the security authorities, who documented the moment he took a car from a company for testing and refused to return it back.

The department added that two cases have been filed against the man (attempted vehicle theft and being in an abnormal state), and the necessary legal measures are being taken against him.
