KUWAIT CITY, Aug 1: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) stated "What was reported about the exclusion of some of the passengers coming to Kuwait International Airport from the PCR examination certificate, the General Administration of Civil Aviation would like to confirm that no passenger has been excluded and it is mandatory to obtain the PCR certificate to enter the State of Kuwait."
