KUWAIT CITY, Jan 3: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation stated that it will not accept any passenger coming to the State of Kuwait until submitting a negative PCR test certificate. The validity of the certificate should be 72 hours before arrival from Tuesday 4th Jan 2022
