KUWAIT CITY, Aug 16: The Executive Committee of the Pakistani Banking & Finance Professionals in Kuwait (PBFPK) organized the PBFPK Independence Day Padel Tournament 2026 on 14th August 2026 as part of its efforts to bring Pakistani banking and finance professionals together through sports, networking and community engagement.

The tournament brought together PBFPK members for an evening of competitive padel, teamwork, sportsmanship and camaraderie, while providing an opportunity to celebrate Pakistan’s Independence Day in a positive and engaging environment.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from players as well as strong support from members and guests who attended to encourage the teams and share in the celebrations. The tournament provided an excellent platform for members to strengthen professional and social connections beyond the workplace.

Runners-Up: PADEL QALANDAR

The President of PBFPK, Ahsan Ashraf, extended his warmest congratulations to ARKHAM KNIGHTS for securing the championship title and to PADEL QALANDAR for finishing as runners-up. Both teams demonstrated excellent skill, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

The President and Executive Committee of PBFPK also expressed their appreciation to all participating players, supporters, and members whose enthusiasm and presence contributed to the event's success.

The tournament reflects PBFPK’s broader objective of fostering a strong and connected community of Pakistani banking and finance professionals in Kuwait, while creating opportunities for members to interact, network, and participate in meaningful social and sporting activities.
