Parking dispute in Jahra escalates into brawl, leaves man with broken jaw

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 24: A dispute over a parking space on Ain Jalout Street in Jahra escalated into a physical altercation, leaving an undocumented resident with a fractured jaw.

A security source said that the complainant reported being assaulted by an Arab expatriate following an argument in the parking area of a sports institute on Ain Jalout Street. The dispute reportedly began over a parking space before escalating into a physical confrontation.

The complainant submitted a medical report documenting the injuries he sustained in the incident. The report indicated that he had suffered a fracture to the right angle of his lower jaw, prompting authorities to classify the incident as a serious assault case.

The case was referred to the Public Prosecution, which ordered the Criminal Investigation Department to conduct further inquiries into the circumstances of the incident and establish responsibility.

The case has been registered as a felony assault, and investigators are continuing their work to determine the full circumstances surrounding the altercation and take the appropriate legal measures.
