KUWAIT CITY, Nov 27: The Public Authority of Manpower (PAM) announced that it is strengthening its role in inspecting workplace accidents and preparing technical reports in support of investigations conducted by the Ministry of Interior.

PAM said specialized teams handle workplace accidents and injuries by preparing comprehensive technical reports in addition to carrying out awareness-related tasks. These reports include an analysis of the circumstances surrounding each accident, identification of its causes, and verification of compliance with professional safety standards. The teams also assess preventive measures implemented at worksites and document any observations or violations that could contribute to workplace incidents.

The Authority stressed its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of inspection teams and develop fieldwork mechanisms to protect the rights of both workers and employers. It affirmed that this cooperation reflects a strong institutional partnership among government entities and aligns with international best practices in the technical investigation of occupational accidents.

PAM added that these steps aim to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment for all workers while reinforcing a culture of safety across workplaces in Kuwait.
