PAM site to cancel visa before expats final departure

KUWAIT CITY, July 3: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has to cancel the work permit before the final departure of expatriates must be done by registering on the PAM’s website, reports Al-Anba daily. The registration then shall be submitted to the Expatriate Labor Services Department for Companies in the electronic forms portal by filling out an application in addition to the form to obtain full dues, and the request to be signed by the authorized person/s and the worker, a printout of the same to be submitted company’s authorized representative or the authorized signatory to the Labor Department to which the company’s file belongs. The source added that canceling the work permit for a worker who is absent from work without justification is also available on the authority’s website — the electronic forms portal.
