KUWAIT CITY, Apr 30: The Public Authority for Manpower has introduced a new digital service titled “National Labor Support Grievances” through the government’s Sahel application, aiming to streamline the submission and tracking of complaints related to employment support programs.
The service allows users to easily file grievances, monitor application status, and receive updates and responses through notifications or the inquiry system within the app.
To access the service, users must log into the Sahel application, navigate to the Public Authority for Manpower services, select the National Labor Services section under “Employment Support,” and choose the “National Labor Support Grievances” option. Applicants are then required to complete the necessary fields and upload supporting documents.
Officials said the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance digital government services and improve accessibility and transparency for beneficiaries.
