Pakistan PM Says US–Iran Peace Deal to Be Signed Within 24 Hours

ISLAMABAD, Jun 13: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the United States and Iran have reached a framework agreement for a peace deal aimed at ending months of conflict in the Middle East, according to Reuters.

Sharif stated that a final text of the agreement has been completed and that preparations are underway for an electronic signing expected within the next 24 hours. He added that technical-level discussions between the two sides are expected to continue next week to finalize remaining implementation details.

The announcement suggests significant progress in diplomatic efforts between Washington and Tehran, with Pakistan indicating that the agreement could mark a major step toward de-escalation in the region.
