Land & Housing playing role of consultant: MEED

KUWAIT CITY, March 16: The MEED magazine reported that the Public Authority for Housing Welfare has awarded the South Korean company Hanmi Global the contract to manage consulting services within the South Sa’ad Al-Abdullah City development project, reports Al-Anba daily. The South Sa’ad Al-Abdullah suburb residential project extends over an area of 64 square kilometers and consists of five residential areas containing 24,508 residential units.

The magazine said that Hanmi Global is coordinating with the Kuwaiti Technical Consulting Office and another South Korean company, Dong Myung Engineering, to implement the project. Meanwhile, the magazine said that the South Korean company Land & Housing is playing the role of a consultant for the project, which is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2027.
