PACI Resumes Full Working Hours Across Kuwait from May 3

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 30: The Public Authority for Civil Information has announced the resumption of work under its full official schedule starting Sunday, May 3, 2026, in line with a circular issued by the Civil Service Commission.

According to the authority, services at the main branch in South Surra, as well as the Ahmadi (South Sabahiyah) and Jahra branches, will return to standard operating hours. Card collection services will run from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM and again from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Public reception timings will vary by location, with morning hours allocated across branches, while at the Jahra branch, Kuwaiti citizens will be served in the morning and non-Kuwaitis in the evening.

The move marks a return to normal operations across PACI facilities, restoring full service capacity for civil ID-related transactions.
