PACI Removes 425 Addresses, Warns of KD 100 Fine for Failure to Update Within 30 Days

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 26: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has removed the registered residential addresses of 425 individuals from its records following declarations submitted by property owners or due to the demolition of buildings where those addresses were registered.

In an announcement published Sunday in the official gazette “Kuwait Alyoum,” PACI called on the affected individuals to update their new residential addresses within 30 days from the date of publication.

The authority said those concerned can register their new addresses or update their information through the unified government electronic services application “Sahel”, after submitting the required supporting documents.

PACI warned that failure to register a new address within the specified period could result in penalties under Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982.

The violation carries a fine of up to KD 100, with the penalty multiplied according to the number of individuals involved, the authority said.
