PACI opens tender for new visitor parking investment

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 2: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) announced floating a tender for investment in a parking area for visitors at its headquarters in South Surra, according to the terms and specifications outlined in the tender documents. The terms and specifications include the following:

1- Tender documents can be obtained from the Finance Department, Treasury Section (South Surra, Ministries Area, Ground Floor), during official working hours for a fee of KD50.

2- The deadline for submitting bids is at 12:00 noon on Dec 18, 2025. Any bid submitted after this time will be rejected.

3- Visiting the tender’s site will be at the PACI headquarters on Dec 7, 2025, during official working hours from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm.

4- A preliminary meeting will be held at 10:30 am on Dec 10, 2025, for companies that intend to participate in the tender, at the PACI headquarters, Multipurpose Hall, Ground Floor.

5. The initial bid bond must be at least two percent of the bid value and must be paid through a certified bank check or a guarantee issued by a local bank in Arabic, covering the entire bid period.

6. The final bid bond must be 10 percent of the total bid value and issued by a local bank in Arabic.

7. The contract will commence from the date of signing it.
