PACI extends working hours till 8 pm to receive Civil ID cards

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 16: The Public Authority for Civil Information has extended working hours for those who want to receive civil id cards in the main building of South Surra until 8 pm. This step has been taken to reduce overcrowding of Kuwaiti citizens and expats who wish to receive renewed civil id cards. The new working hours are now from 6 am to 8 pm (14 hrs) working period.
