KUWAIT CITY, Dec 26: Kuwait's Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) quashed on Sunday reports that the expats' IDs have been cancelled. The IDs of both citizens and expats are issued in line with the Law No. 32 of 1982, the PACI added in a press statement.
