PACI calls on those who have complaints about address

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 9: Director for Public Authority for Civil Information, Musaed Al-Asousi, has invited those who have a complaint about mismatch in addresses to inform the Public Prosecution. The authority’s will identify who carried out the online transaction as the authority maintains all data for any transaction.

Al-Asousi said in a press statement today, Thursday, that the authority has requested everyone who has a complaint about residence address to submit a report to the Public Prosecution as this occurred in mid-Apri but no complaints were received to date.”

He further stated that the commission will stand by the complainant in providing the necessary data, and the commission will not fail to take the necessary legal measures against anyone who is involved in this whether from the authority’s employees or the associates of the users.

The authority has taken several strict procedures for change in address transactions, the last of which is imposing the fingerprint on the owner to prove his presence and confirm the data of the residents on his residence in addition to the electronic service that was launched two years ago and that enables the property owners to automatically follow any deletion or addition movement on their properties.
