PACI Activates New Service for Property Owners to Monitor Tenants Data

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 25: Kuwait’s Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has introduced a new digital service that allows property owners to monitor and verify tenants' data registered within their buildings independently.

The service enables property owners to access official residency information related to their properties, allowing them to review the accuracy of tenants' records maintained in PACI’s database. If any discrepancies or inaccuracies are identified, the system enables users to automatically submit a complaint through the platform without requiring manual intervention.

According to PACI, the initiative is designed to enhance data accuracy, improve transparency, and streamline communication between property owners and the authority. By enabling self-monitoring, the service reduces reliance on in-person visits and speeds up the process of correcting errors in residential records.

The authority noted that the service also supports regulatory compliance by ensuring that property-related data is kept up to date, benefiting both property owners and government agencies that rely on accurate civil information.

PACI emphasized that the new service is part of its ongoing efforts to expand digital services and improve efficiency, in line with Kuwait’s broader e-government strategy.
