Over 8,000 Kuwaitis were issued multiple-entry visas by India

KUWAIT CITY, March 5: The Kuwaiti interest and demand for Indian tourism continues to rise; considering that more than 8,000 multiple-entry tourist visas were issued to Kuwaitis in 2023 and this number could increase in the future, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Dr Adarsh Swaika. Swaika told the daily that India offers integrated tourism through its cultural diversity, availability of stunning natural environments, and a large number of hotels and resorts.

He made the statement during the opening of an exhibition to promote India’s tourism entitled ‘Explore, Experience and Enjoy Amazing India’ at the Avenues Mall from Feb 29 to March 1, 2024. Assistant Undersecretary for Tourism Affairs Osama Al- Makhial and Sheikha Hala Badr Al-Sabah attended the event. (KUNA)
