One Month to Comply or Pay: PACI Cracks Down on 546 Outdated Addresses in Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 19: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has announced that 546 individuals are required to update their residential addresses within one month. Updates can be made directly through PACI or via the government application “Sahel.”

The authority published the names of these individuals in the official gazette, Kuwait Alyoum, noting that their addresses were removed either at the owners’ request or due to the demolition of their buildings.

PACI emphasized that failure to comply will result in penalties under Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982, which imposes a fine of 100 Kuwaiti dinars per person, multiplied by the number of affected individuals.
