KUWAIT CITY, Dec 20: One person was killed and two others sustained injuries in a traffic accident that occurred on the Al-Abdali Road at the 62-kilometre mark, in the direction of the border crossing.

According to a security source, the injured individuals suffered a head contusion and multiple fractures to various parts of their bodies. They were promptly transported to Al-Jahra Hospital, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.

The source said that a patrol from the Al-Qash’aniyah Police Station responded to the scene immediately after the accident was reported. Teams from the forensic evidence department and the crime scene investigation unit were also dispatched to examine the site and document the incident.

Following the completion of on-site procedures, authorities issued instructions for the removal of the body. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact circumstances and causes of the accident.
