MUSCAT, Aug 22: Police in Oman’s North Sharqiyah Governorate have arrested a citizen accused of opening fire on three other citizens in Al Haymah area of Ibra, killing one and seriously injuring two others.

Initial investigations indicate that the shooting followed earlier disputes between the individuals. Police said legal procedures are being completed against the suspect as the investigation continues.
