AT night, Kuwait City is lifeless and silent, like a ghost town. The young Minister of Municipality is expected to revive this city, turning it into a hub of activity and movement, with exhibitions and events held at night. Unlike other capital cities that preserved their vibrant areas, Kuwait has lost what was once known as the old city, with places like Mubarakiya, Mirqab, Sharq, and Qibla, which used to buzz with life and energy in the past. May God help us. ... Yet tomorrow is another day.
