Oman Air Suspends Kuwait-Bound Flights from March 6 to 8

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 5: Oman Air has announced the cancellation of flights to and from several destinations on March 6, 7, and 8 due to ongoing airspace closures. Affected routes include Amman (AMM), Dubai (DXB), Bahrain (BAH), Doha (DOH), Dammam (DMM), Kuwait (KWI), Copenhagen (CPH), Baghdad (BGW), and Khasab (KHS).

Oman Air also announced that it will operate additional flights to/from the following destinations: London Heathrow (7–16 March), Istanbul (March 9–16), Bangkok (March 8–15), Kuala Lumpur (March 8–11), Cairo (March 8–15), Mumbai (March 7–8)

The airline added that flights to other destinations may experience minor delays but are operating according to their scheduled times.

Meanwhile, Oman'S Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi said "For everyone hoping to fly home from the Gulf, the Omani government is working with your governments and international airlines to organise flights to get you home. We mean everyone, whatever passport you hold. The citizens of all countries have the human right to safety and security. People matter. Let's stop the war now"
