LOS ANGELES, Oct 26, (Agencies): Olivia Rodrigo, renowned for her chart-topping hit "driver's license," recently took a surprising turn by hitchhiking in a pre-recorded prank featured on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

In this playful prank orchestrated by Jimmy Kimmel and his wife, Molly McNearney, their kids, Jane (9) and Billy (6), found themselves in for an unforgettable surprise. While en route to drop his children off at school, the late-night host "accidentally" picked up none other than the 20-year-old Grammy-winning sensation, Olivia Rodrigo, on the side of the road.

Jane's reaction was nothing short of sheer astonishment as she covered her mouth and whispered to Billy, "Oh my, Billy! It's Olivia Rodrigo." Olivia, with a warm smile, entered the car and introduced herself to the elated young fans. Jane then revealed that Olivia's latest song, "Ballad of a Homeschooled Girl," was one of her favorites, to which the singer responded with gratitude, saying, "That's one of my favorites too. That's so sweet. Thank you for saying that."

The thrilled kids shared heartwarming hugs with Olivia as they headed off to school, leaving the singer in the car with Jimmy and Molly, who playfully advised her against hitchhiking in the future.

Amidst the humor, Olivia joked, "I'm sorry, I just, I don't have my driver's license."

Jimmy couldn't resist referencing Olivia's own song lyrics, quipping, "I thought you got it last week?"

In response, Olivia played along, saying, "I made it up. This isn't Carpool Karaoke?"

Jimmy added a witty touch, jesting, "We're gonna get sued," in reference to the now-concluded Carpool Karaoke segment on James Corden's The Late Late Show. Olivia Rodrigo's lighthearted prank on Jimmy Kimmel Live brought smiles and laughter to viewers, showcasing her playful spirit beyond her hit songs.
