Now You Can Request Cassation Court Judgments Through the Sahel App

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 19: The Ministry of Justice has announced the launch of a new digital service on the Sahel government application, enabling users to request certified copies of rulings issued by the Court of Cassation.

The ministry confirmed that the new feature aims to streamline legal and official procedures by providing quicker and easier access to authenticated judicial documents. Through the Sahel app, users can now submit requests electronically without the need to visit ministry branches, significantly reducing processing time and enhancing service efficiency.

The Ministry of Justice emphasized that the addition of the Court of Cassation ruling service reflects ongoing efforts to expand digital transformation across government sectors in line with Kuwait’s e-government strategy.
