KUWAIT CITY, Oct 9: The General Authority for Communications and Information Technology has launched a new electronic service through the Sahel Application titled “Complaint Against a Service Provider.”
This feature enables users to file official complaints against telecommunications or internet service providers in cases of service deficiencies, violations, or non-compliance with regulations. Users can also track the progress and status of their complaints electronically through the Sahel app, ensuring greater transparency and convenience in resolving consumer issues.
