KUWAIT CITY, Jun 4: The Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait has announced the launch of dedicated communication channels, including WhatsApp services and newly added landline numbers, to receive public reports and complaints related to residency affairs (visa-related issues).

The initiative, led by the General Department of Residence Affairs Investigations, aims to enhance responsiveness and streamline communication with expatriates. The new services will be operational 24 hours a day, ensuring immediate attention to various residency-related concerns.
